At Oorkaran, we are committed to providing high-quality traditional and natural food products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective or expired.
• The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or partially consumed food products
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• Customized or special-order products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered. We do not offer exchanges for personal preference or change of mind.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
